A 3 months program on technology and innovation readiness to help TVET initiatives become mainstream providers for national innovation development. Asiatech as the strategic partner will ensure and bridge TVET visibility into the various technology sandbox and ecosystem. Getting research into development practice requires the integration of explicit knowledge with tacit knowledge obtained from the research experience. It must also fulfill the relevance of the time period that the research was conducted to the time of its implementation.

In order to answer the philosophical question on a research, the beliefs about the nature of the research, what counts as knowledge and how knowledge claims are justified, the role of values in research, and the process of research must be addressed in order to create a meaningful impact for development.

A research is only good for development when it is concise, clear, and does not stray from its vision. The ARCS model ensures that research structures are on track and intact for a lasting impact.
